Job description:

• Develops frameworks and policies for the setting up of technical trainings and competency models within the MMMP operations department, specifically for OCC operations.
• Conducts assessments of technical training needs for all core roles within the MMMP operations department.
• Analyzes the training needs based on performance assessment and related career path for all the employees within the MMMP operations department.
• Implements effective technical training programs in OCC management for the employees to enhance and develop employee knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Interviews and hires experts in the core roles to effectively teach all technical aspects needed to operate MMMP operations.
• Ensures employees are educated on the different technical aspects of the MMMP operations procedures.
• Assists in identification of measures such as new training processes and techniques to improve the training effectiveness.
• Carries out post-training survey through questionnaires, post-training performance tracking and discussions with employees and their managers and ensures that the training requirements and outcomes are met.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, HR

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
