Role Description The Social Media & Content Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing social media content that reflects Masan’s design-driven ethos and showcases its residential and hospitality properties. The specialist will manage daily social media activity across platforms, including drafting posts, selecting visuals, scheduling content, and responding to audience interactions. They will collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns, align messaging with brand goals, and support digital marketing initiatives. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content based on data insights, and staying current with social media and property industry trends.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with online audiences.
• Experience with content planning tools, analytics platforms, and major social media channels (e.g., Instagram, X, LinkedIn) is beneficial.
• Background in real estate, hospitality, or design-focused brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
