THE TEAM

You will be part of our Engineering team at Rosewood The Red Sea, working alongside talented colleagues dedicated to creating and maintaining exceptional spaces and experiences. Together, you will support the ongoing development and upkeep of our world-class resort environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and operational excellence.

YOUR ROLE

As Builder Supervisor, you will play an important role in overseeing building-related works across the property, helping to ensure projects and maintenance activities are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with Rosewood's exceptional standards. Through close collaboration with engineering colleagues, contractors and operational teams, you will contribute to creating and preserving remarkable spaces that enhance the guest and associate experience.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

Supervise daily building and construction-related activities across the property.

Coordinate contractors and service providers to support the successful completion of assigned works.

Monitor project progress and workmanship to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.

Support the implementation of health, safety and environmental standards across all work areas.

Conduct site inspections and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality and compliance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational needs and project objectives.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

You have experience supervising building, construction or facility-related works within a complex operational environment.

You demonstrate sound knowledge of construction practices, quality standards and safe working procedures.

You build positive relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.

You are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

You take a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
