Accor is seeking a Guest Relations Agent for Fairmont The Red Sea, a property positioned within the Red Sea Project. This development includes two nature-focused resorts with 361 rooms, 11 distinct dining concepts, and a spa, offering views of the Red Sea and mangroves.

The Role of Guest Relations Agent

The Guest Relations Agent will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and is open to Saudi Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, hotel information, and local recommendations in the lobby.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Escort VIPs, long-stay guests, and special occasion guests as required.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to proactively engage with guests.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other requests.
• Support service recovery efforts by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring timely resolution.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings, and special events.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills to assist with inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Capability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
• A Saudi National.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position at Fairmont The Red Sea, located within the Red Sea Project. The role involves working in a dynamic hospitality environment focused on guest interaction and service delivery.
