Role Overview: Account Manager

Snap Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join its Sales team. This full-time position involves working in a dynamic environment, requiring a creative mindset, attention to detail, and strategic acumen to cultivate and expand long-term business partnerships with brands and their collaborators. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow client relationships and advertising spend by ensuring performance exceeds advertiser expectations.
• Collaborate with account executives and creative strategists during the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, delivering measurable ROI for clients.
• Manage projects that involve complex work streams and require cross-functional collaboration, both internally and externally.
• Analyze campaign performance data, guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify performance trends, optimize campaigns for results, and recommend upsell opportunities.
• Act as a product expert, educating brands and agencies on Snap’s new and existing products, and advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations.
• Increase adoption and engagement with Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis.
