About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Last Mile Logistics Sr. Account Manager for Quick Commerce MEA TR Delivery Service Partners. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on driving innovation in the transportation industry, empowering entrepreneurs, and contributing to Amazon’s sustainability goals within the quick commerce business (15-minute and 2-hour delivery).

Role Overview

The Sr. Account Manager will lead a team of managers to oversee Delivery Service Partner (DSP) accounts, guiding business owners through the growth of their middle-mile logistics operations. This position involves managing DSP relationships across the business lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to solve challenges, influence business planning, and identify obstacles to ensure effective decision-making and success for DSP owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6+ managers overseeing 80+ DSP accounts in Saudi Arabia, including entrepreneurs new to logistics and seasoned carriers.
• Work with a portfolio of owners at various stages to set strategy, drive accountability and engagement, and track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal Program Managers, Compliance, and Finance personnel to ensure business launches and scaling adhere to program requirements.
• Support owners by addressing obstacles and enhancing financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level.
• Analyze problems, derive insights, provide recommendations, and implement changes both internally and externally.
• Engage with internal stakeholders such as Partner Relations, Value Added Service, Legal, fleet, and network health teams.
• Facilitate and execute Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and establish feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs, and WW/EU Product and strategy.
• Travel between multiple sites weekly to engage with business owners effectively.

Operational Focus Areas

• Safety: Partner with OTR Safety and Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance.
• Performance: Guide owners in scaling operations, managing issues, preparing for peak periods, and onboarding. Coach on AMZL tools, identify customer metric improvement opportunities, and champion Last Mile processes.
• Experience: Identify workflow inefficiencies, implement operational improvements, enhance the Amazon-DSP relationship, align communication, and represent DSP interests within AMZL.
• Capacity Management: Work with DSPs to develop ramp plans and pipeline goals to meet driver supply for peak volume demands.
