Join a dynamic and growing team within the Food & Beverage industry, contributing to the success of restaurant operations through effective talent acquisition and workforce planning.

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment needs across restaurant operations, with particular emphasis on high-volume recruitment and hiring specialized kitchen talent, including chefs at different levels.

The role requires a hands-on recruitment professional with solid F&B industry experience, strong sourcing capabilities, and practical knowledge of personnel affairs to support the hiring and employee administration processes.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for restaurant and F&B operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

  
  

• Lead high-volume and mass recruitment campaigns, particularly for kitchen staff and culinary positions.

  
  

• Source, attract, and recruit chefs across different levels and specializations, including Executive Chefs, Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, Chef de Partie, Commis Chefs, Sushi Chefs, and other kitchen roles.

  
  

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing recruitment needs and new restaurant openings.

  
  

• Partner closely with operations managers, restaurant managers, and executive chefs to understand manpower requirements and coordinate technical assessments and interviews.

  
  

• Utilize various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies, to attract qualified candidates.

  
  

• Monitor recruitment progress, maintain accurate candidate databases, and prepare regular recruitment reports.

  
  

• Support personnel affairs activities, including employee documentation, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, onboarding, and other HR administrative processes.

  
  

• Ensure smooth coordination between recruitment and personnel functions to facilitate an efficient hiring and onboarding process.

  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality industry.

  
  

• Proven experience in mass hiring and high-volume recruitment, particularly for chefs and kitchen teams.

  
  

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and different kitchen positions and specializations.

  
  

• Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.

  
  

• Practical knowledge of personnel affairs and HR administration, including employee files, contracts, attendance, leave, and employment documentation.

  
  

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work effectively under tight recruitment deadlines.

  
  

• Strong sourcing, communication, interviewing, and coordination skills.

  
  

• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and job portals.

  
  

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  
  

• Good command of English.
