About the Role
Jari Solutions is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist for a part-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role focuses on managing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms for a client. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proven ability to enhance campaign performance, drive conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, messaging, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and advertising pixels.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize advertising returns.
- Collaborate with creative teams and other stakeholders to develop and refine advertising creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
- Take ownership of campaign performance and continuously implement strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
- Proactive approach to campaign optimization and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
