About the Role

Mind Holding Company is looking for a Product Development Manager to join its team in Arar, Northern Borders. The incumbent is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating product development projects, managing all phases from technical feasibility studies to the production stage. The role aims to ensure project delivery within the defined scope, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop products, and conduct market and consumer research to accurately define requirements.
• Define goals, timelines, and budgets, identify necessary resources, and develop work plans and tasks.
• Coordinate daily activities related to pricing, production, sales, and distribution across all departments to ensure operational goals are met within deadlines.
• Negotiate contracts and licenses for new technologies, products, or packages, and coordinate with experts in functional areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key department heads, and coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate product development initiatives and address issues.
• Prepare periodic reports on product status and communicate with senior management to provide information on achievements, obstacles, and future steps.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
• Ability to plan and manage product development projects effectively.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with various departments and stakeholders.
