About the Role

Big Fish Consult is seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist Real Estate to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves supporting the Commercial Department in managing commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience, preferably within real estate development or related sectors.

Role Purpose

The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for the administration and monitoring of commercial contracts. This position ensures that all contractual obligations are met, company policies are adhered to, and applicable regulations are followed. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and external parties to facilitate smooth contract lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, administer, and monitor commercial contracts, agreements, and amendments.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, variations, and the preparation of contractual documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams on all contractual matters.
• Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, payment schedules, and expiration dates.
• Identify potential contractual risks, resolve discrepancies, and support dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain accurate contract records, trackers, and generate management reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial contract administration or contract management.
• Experience in real estate development, aviation, transportation, or related commercial operations is preferred.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of commercial agreements, contract terms, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
