Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Printing Operator role based in Dammam. The Printing Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring printing machines to ensure accurate, high-quality output according to job specifications. Daily tasks include loading materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic maintenance, and resolving minor technical issues to minimize downtime. The role also involves coordinating with production teammates, performing quality checks on printed materials, and ensuring proper finishing and bindery processes. The Printing Operator follows safety and housekeeping standards, maintains organized workstations, and completes production documentation and reports as required.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Printing to manage end-to-end print jobs efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support and Inkjet operation to handle equipment setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Bindery processes to perform cutting, folding, binding, and finishing tasks accurately.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn operation of different printing machines and tools.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and adherence to job specifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials safely, and follow all workplace safety procedures.
• Previous experience in a printing or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing or related fields is an advantage.
