Role Description The Master Tiler role at Dubai kheyat is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. The Master Tiler will install, cut, and lay tiles and related materials on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to project specifications and design plans. Daily tasks include surface preparation, measuring and marking layouts, mixing and applying adhesives and grouts, and ensuring precise alignment and finishing of tiles. The role involves inspecting completed work for quality, addressing any defects, and collaborating with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines. The Master Tiler is also expected to adhere to safety standards, maintain tools and equipment, and provide guidance to junior tilers when needed.
Qualifications

• Strong tiling and flooring skills, including experience with Tiling and Flooring across various project types.
• Proficiency in working with multiple tile materials, such as Ceramic and Marble, and understanding their specific installation requirements.
• Experience in decorative and detailed work, including Mosaics, with an ability to follow complex patterns and designs.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and technical specifications, with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Knowledge of appropriate adhesives, grouts, leveling methods, and surface preparation techniques.
• Commitment to safe work practices and familiarity with construction site safety standards.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience as a tiler or master tiler; vocational training or certification in tiling or construction trades is an advantage.
