A Real Estate Marketing and Sales Manager is required, provided they have a background in real estate marketing and sales with at least 10 years of experience in the real estate marketing and sales field. This position is for a real estate development company in Riyadh.

Job Tasks:

- Developing and implementing the marketing and sales strategy for real estate projects.

- Preparing marketing plans and advertising campaigns for projects.

- Studying the market and competitors and identifying sales opportunities.

- Developing customer acquisition channels.

- Coordinating with marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure the integration of efforts.

- Building and developing a network of brokers, marketers, and real estate partners.

- Monitoring performance indicators, analyzing marketing results, and taking corrective actions.

- Hiring, training, and motivating the sales team.

- Setting sales targets.

- Monitoring the sales team's performance.

Requirements:

- Saudi nationality.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and sales within the real estate sector.

- Good knowledge of the Riyadh real estate market and competing real estate development and marketing companies.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
