About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Al Khobar. This full-time position involves performing standard project engineering assignments, often as a significant component of a larger project. The role requires an individual contributor with 6-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Select engineering techniques to effectively solve problems and provide recommendations.
• Set operational objectives and deliver results that directly impact the achievement of goals within the job area or a wider operational context.
• Explain facts, practices, and policies primarily to internal stakeholders.
• Influence internal parties to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches, particularly where strong interest exists.
• Adapt or enhance the quality and value of existing methods, implementing improvements as part of daily activities.
• Address problems that may be vaguely defined, requiring understanding and consideration of other job areas.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific engineering discipline, integrating theoretical principles with organizational practices.
• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor with no direct responsibility for leading others.

Scope of Application

The application of knowledge for this role is primarily domestic, limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultural contexts.
