The Role of Discipline Supervision Engineers

KEO International Consultants is seeking Discipline Supervision Engineers to join its team. This full-time role involves contributing to various projects, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing construction supervision activities in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, clients, and specialist consultants.
• Implementing quality assurance and control procedures.
• Preparing technical reports and managing construction documentation.
• Working effectively within project timelines and demanding schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university. A master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage for selected senior positions.
• Relevant professional experience in engineering consultancy, construction supervision, design, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects.
• Demonstrated experience appropriate to the advertised role and level of responsibility.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, construction methods, and applicable codes and standards.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, clients, and specialist consultants.
• Familiarity with engineering software and digital tools relevant to the discipline, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ETABS, SAP2000, or other discipline-specific applications, as applicable.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures, technical reporting, and construction documentation.
