About the Role

Duncan & Ross is seeking a Draftsman/Document Controller to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for supporting restoration works by ensuring accurate drafting and meticulous document control. The successful candidate will play a key part in managing project documentation and drawings from preparation to retrieval.

Role Overview

The Draftsman/Document Controller is responsible for providing comprehensive drafting and document control support for restoration projects. This involves maintaining the accuracy and currency of all drawings, alongside ensuring that project documents are systematically registered, tracked, controlled, and readily accessible throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update drawings, layouts, and markups for scopes of work and tender documents.
• Review and verify as-built drawings submitted by contractors.
• Register, track, and distribute submittals, transmittals, requests for information, and correspondence.
• Maintain document registers, revision control, and filing systems.
• Monitor review status and follow up on outstanding responses.
• Support the preparation of weekly progress reports and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company document numbering, templates, and confidentiality requirements.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on providing essential support for restoration projects. The role requires a structured approach to managing technical drawings and project documentation within a dynamic work environment.
