Role Summary
The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Hygiene & Culinary Administrative Supervisor - Saudi National for a full-time position. This role provides essential administrative, coordination, and food hygiene support to the Culinary operation. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate culinary and food safety records, assisting with departmental administration, and monitoring hygiene documentation. The position supports compliance with company standards, HACCP requirements, local regulations, and property procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Support culinary administration tasks.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
Conduct operational hygiene follow-up activities.
Maintain regulatory and certification records.
Assist with food safety training initiatives.
Support culinary manpower administration.
Coordinate effectively with other departments.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Communicate safety and security information.
Collaborate with colleagues across various teams.
Contribute to quality assurance and improvement efforts.
Utilize computers and office equipment efficiently.
Perform necessary physical tasks as required by the role.

Collaboration and Standards
The Hygiene & Culinary Administrative Supervisor works closely with the Executive Chef, Culinary leaders, Stewarding, Purchasing, Receiving, Engineering, Human Resources, and other departments. This collaboration ensures smooth administrative operations and consistent adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. The role is integral to upholding The Ritz-Carlton's "Gold Standards," which guide daily operations and service delivery.
Required Experience
Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or hygiene support role within a culinary or hospitality environment.
