Job Purpose

To coordinate and support regional sales operations by managing sales data assisting the sales team ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of regional sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Coordination: Coordinate daily sales activities across the region to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and alignment with company objectives.
• Sales Reporting: Compile analyze and present sales data and performance reports to regional managers and senior leadership for informed decision-making.
• Customer Relationship Management: Support the sales team in maintaining strong relationships with key customers by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Target Monitoring: Track regional sales targets and performance metrics identifying gaps and assisting in the development of corrective strategies.
• Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and current information.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and maintain proper documentation for audits and reviews.

Education

Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum three years of experience in sales coordination.
