Job Summary
We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Maintenance Engineer in Khafji Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is within the Community Maintenance Support Division and requires an experienced engineering professional capable of developing and implementing maintenance programs that ensure the safe reliable and efficient operation of equipment and machinery. The Maintenance Engineer will work closely with Maintenance Technicians Planners Schedulers Operations HSE Engineering teams vendors and contractors to improve equipment reliability and optimize maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for critical equipment and machinery.
- Optimize maintenance activities to minimize unplanned downtime control maintenance costs and improve asset life cycles.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Planners and Schedulers to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Conduct root cause analyses of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Identify maintenance process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations HSE and Engineering teams to ensure maintenance activities meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health safety and environmental requirements for equipment maintenance and reliability.
- Provide maintenance and reliability input to project teams during design and construction of new equipment and facilities and coordinate with internal departments vendors and contractors.
Required Skills
- Preventive Maintenance: Ability to develop and implement structured preventive maintenance programs for critical equipment.
- Equipment Reliability: Strong understanding of reliability improvement downtime reduction and asset life-cycle optimization.
- Root Cause Analysis: Ability to investigate equipment failures determine underlying causes and establish corrective actions.
- Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Experience coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance with planners and schedulers.
- HSE & Maintenance Compliance: Knowledge of health safety and environmental requirements associated with maintenance activities.
Preferred Skills
- Continuous improvement and maintenance optimization.
- Cross-functional coordination with Operations Engineering and HSE teams.
- Vendor and contractor coordination.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Experience should include maintenance engineering equipment reliability preventive/corrective maintenance failure analysis and coordination of maintenance activities in an engineering or asset-intensive environment.
Education
Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Electrical Engineering or Maintenance Engineering
