Project Manager (sports Facilities)

Job Summary

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Project Manager (Sports Facilities) in Saudi Arabia. The requirement is for a highly experienced project professional with proven expertise in delivering stadium projects strong PMC exposure and the ability to manage complex stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale stadium and sports-facility projects from planning through completion and handover.
  
• Manage project scope schedules budgets quality objectives milestones and key deliverables within a PMC environment.
  
• Coordinate consultants contractors designers specialist vendors authorities and client representatives across project phases.
  
• Monitor construction progress and identify schedule cost quality interface and delivery risks requiring corrective action.
  
• Lead stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication between client leadership consultants contractors and project teams.
  
• Review project plans progress reports construction programmes technical submissions change requirements and project controls information.
  
• Ensure sports-facility works are delivered in accordance with approved designs specifications contractual requirements quality standards and safety requirements.
  
• Drive resolution of project issues and interfaces to achieve timely completion commissioning and handover.
  

Required Skills

1. Stadium Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience managing or delivering stadium or comparable major sports-facility projects.

2. PMC Project Management: Strong experience representing the client or project owner within a Project Management Consultancy environment.

3. Project Controls: Ability to monitor programme performance milestones risks dependencies and corrective actions.

4. Stakeholder Management: Strong capability in managing clients consultants contractors authorities and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

5. Construction Project Leadership: Ability to direct complex project execution and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• Major sports infrastructure or large public-venue project exposure.
  
• Strong understanding of construction contracts project controls risk management and change management.
  
• Professional project-management certification such as PMP or equivalent.
  

Work Experience Requirements

The role requires 15 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates must have proven stadium project-delivery experience and PMC experience preferably within major sports infrastructure complex construction or large-scale public venue projects.

Education

Minimum: Typical Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture Project Management or a related discipline.

Preferred: Typical Masters degree in a relevant discipline.

Additional: Typical PMP or equivalent project-management certification preferred.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
