About the Role
Weatherford is seeking a Technical Service Manager - Well Construction to drive sales of Well Construction technical products and services. This full-time role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing technical expertise, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the technical and commercial delivery of Well Construction services, including Liner Hangers, Cementing, and Completions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share across assigned regions and customer accounts.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and client engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular meetings, technical discussions, and presentations.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Applications Engineers and Technical Sales Engineers, focusing on performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with customer requirements.
Provide technical expertise and commercial guidance to support business development initiatives and contract negotiations.
Ensure the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) compliance are embedded within all operations and activities.
Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and environmental responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience
15+ years of experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
Minimum of 5 years of product line experience with Well Construction products such as Liner Hanger, Cementing, or Completions.
Background in Technical Sales.
Experience in preparing and submitting Technical Investigation reports.
An Engineering Degree with a mechanically oriented background.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Experience in conducting presentations.
