Project Control Manager

About the Role
ABIS is seeking a Project Control Manager to oversee planning, cost control, scheduling, and performance reporting for EPC projects. This full-time role is critical for ensuring projects are delivered within approved cost and schedule baselines.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules, including baseline and updates.
Manage project cost control systems and track budgets effectively.
Prepare comprehensive project performance reports covering cost, schedule, and progress.
Conduct variance analysis and highlight any deviations from planned baselines.
Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Support risk analysis and contribute to mitigation planning.
Monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics to assess project health.
Prepare client and internal project reporting dashboards.
Support change order and variation cost analysis.
Ensure alignment of project controls with contractual requirements.
Assist in project forecasting and completion estimates.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls.
Demonstrated experience specifically within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
