ESM Architect

About the Role
Hexaware Technologies Limited is seeking an ESM Architect with specialized expertise in ServiceNow. This full-time position focuses on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Operations (SecOps), and Business Continuity Management (BCM) within the ServiceNow platform. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities

Define the IRM data model, including entities such as risks, controls, issues, policies, obligations, third-party risk, and regulatory frameworks (SAMA / NCA / ITGF / BCM).
Map risk taxonomy, control library, control objectives, and obligation to control coverage.
Align solutions to CSDM for service-centric risk and control scoping.
Design and build policy lifecycle, risk assessment frameworks (qualitative/quantitative), control testing, issues/remediation, and attestations.
Implement continuous compliance design, including evidence automation, sampling rules, and control indicators/KRIs.
Provide architecture and design for SIEM/EDR/SOAR integrations.
Develop data models for BIA, critical processes/services, MTPD/RTO/RPO, and dependencies (applications, locations, vendors, people).
Link BCM to CMDB Business/Application Services for resilience-by-design.
Perform hands-on development and design expertise.
