Job Summary

Description

Role:

• Participate in structured rotations across assigned business functions.
• Support day-to-day operational and client-related activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Assist in client servicing claims management placement activities and other assigned business functions.
• Conduct research data analysis and prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Participate in projects that support business objectives and operational improvements.
• Attend internal and external training courses workshops and certification programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gain broad business exposure.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Apply knowledge gained through training to support business operations and client service delivery.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Saudi National.
• Fluent in English
• Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized university.
• Recent graduate or graduate with limited professional experience.
• Academic background in one of the following disciplines:
  • Insurance
  • Risk Management
  • Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Engineering
  • Energy
  • Medicine
  • Actuarial Science
  • Other relevant disciplines.
