We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Technical Office & Estimation Engineer Mechanical (HVAC & BMS). Our client is a reputed organization in the MEP and Infrastructure Contracting sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic value engineering initiatives to optimize HVAC system costs while maintaining compliance.
  
• Review consultant designs and develop cost-effective alternatives for tenders.
  
• Manage high-value mechanical bid evaluations and commercial tender submissions.
  
• Analyze contractual risks variations exclusions and tender clarifications.
  
• Review and validate BMS control schematics SLDs Sequence of Operations and I/O matrices.
  
• Lead BIM coordination and clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.
  
• Manage RFIs submittals method statements variation orders and claims.
  
• Ensure compliance with GCC regulations NFPA ASHRAE SMACNA KFF MEW SBC and related standards.
  

Required Skills

1. HVAC Design & Estimation Expertise in commercial and infrastructure HVAC systems.
   
2. Value Engineering Ability to reduce project costs while maintaining performance.
   
3. BMS Integration Strong understanding of controls automation and I/O architecture.
   
4. Tendering & Commercial Analysis Experience handling large-value bids and pricing.
   
5. BIM Coordination Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
   

Preferred Skills

• GCC project exposure (Kuwait / Saudi Arabia)
  
• LEED / GSAS / Mostadam knowledge
  
• Primavera P6 and advanced project controls
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must possess 710 years of experience in HVAC mechanical engineering technical office functions estimation and commercial tendering. Strong infrastructure and commercial contracting experience is mandatory. Experience with large-scale GCC projects is highly preferred.

Education

• Minimum: B.E. / in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Preferred: Professional registration with UPDA / Kuwait Society of Engineers / KSA Council of Engineers
  
• Additional: HVAC BIM BMS PMP or related certifications

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction materials MEP systems and fit-out specifications. Understanding of project execution strategies and procurement planning. Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
