Role Overview
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for delivering general HR services and support to employees. This position requires some knowledge of HR issues in at least one area, focusing on maintaining efficient day-to-day administrative operations within the human resources function.
Key Responsibilities

Adhere to all relevant HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and controlled execution of tasks.
Implement daily HR operations to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Collect, analyze, and collate employee data for various reports, ensuring compliance with internal or statutory requirements.
Act as a project or event coordinator, providing logistical support for key HR projects or events.
Provide a range of HR services to internal customers, including necessary follow-ups, to meet employees' HR needs.
Coordinate the scheduling of interviews for short-listed candidates to ensure a smooth selection process.
Assist in the preparation of various HR documents to support the efficient functioning of the HR department.
Draft memos and emails to ensure transparent communication with relevant parties.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles and practices in at least one functional area.
