Bartender

About the Role
Marriott International is seeking a Bartender to join their team. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional guest service by creating memorable experiences through food and beverage offerings. The Bartender will be responsible for a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Set tables and prepare dining areas for guests.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest requests.
Interact with and serve guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Clean work areas and maintain supplies according to standards.
Ensure all transactions are handled smoothly and contribute to the overall guest experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards.
Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
This role requires physical activity and attention to detail. The Bartender will be expected to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Tasks include reading and visually verifying information, as well as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and stooping are also required.
