Job Summary

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for bilingual Arabic and English professionals to evaluate written content and apply structured review guidelines across advanced AI projects.

This role combines Arabic-language fluency cultural judgement analytical reasoning and content evaluation. Selected professionals will develop Arabic-language prompts classify conversations identify adversarial or escalating patterns and document clear rationales for their decisions. Prior AI or machine-learning experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Arabic Content Development

• Write high-quality prompts in Arabic across a range of sensitive subject areas
• Produce natural culturally appropriate Arabic-language content
• Develop realistic scenarios with varied wording tone and complexity
• Maintain linguistic accuracy and contextual relevance
• Apply strong written judgement across diverse content types

Content Evaluation

• Review prompts and conversations against structured evaluation guidelines
• Classify content consistently according to defined criteria
• Assess sensitive and potentially dual-use information
• Identify cases requiring nuanced judgement
• Apply project guidelines carefully across ambiguous scenarios

Adversarial Content Review

• Identify adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns
• Recognise attempts to circumvent established safeguards
• Assess how wording and conversational context affect meaning
• Flag relevant concerns clearly
• Distinguish between different levels and types of sensitive content

Language & Cultural Judgement

• Evaluate whether Arabic-language content is natural and contextually appropriate
• Apply cultural knowledge when interpreting wording tone and implied meaning
• Identify linguistic ambiguity that could affect classification
• Recognise differences between literal wording and likely practical intent
• Maintain consistent standards across varied Arabic-language content

Structured Written Reasoning

• Provide concise explanations supporting evaluation decisions
• Document why particular prompts or conversations meet defined criteria
• Apply guidelines consistently while exercising professional judgement
• Communicate nuanced decisions clearly in written English where required
• Maintain strong attention to detail across repeated review tasks

Ideal Profile

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic
• Business-level written English
• Bachelors degree completed or currently in progress
• Strong written reasoning and analytical judgement
• High attention to detail
• Sound judgement when handling sensitive or dual-use information
• Comfortable applying structured guidelines to ambiguous content
• Prior AI or machine-learning experience is not required
• Experience reviewing grading or evaluating written or technical content is advantageous
• Background in trust and safety content moderation policy evaluation red teaming or adversarial testing is advantageous
• Candidates based in Saudi Arabia or the wider MENA region are particularly encouraged to apply although applicants based elsewhere are also welcome

Engagement Details

• Part-time independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Flexible scheduling based on project requirements
• Compensation: $20$25/hour
• Immediate start
• Saudi Arabia or the wider MENA region is preferred but not required
• Training on the project workflow is provided
• Projects may be extended shortened or concluded based on project needs and performance
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer client institution or other third party
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
