Role Overview
Stewards play a critical role in supporting hotel operations by ensuring cleanliness and order. Responsibilities include preparing clean linen and dining ware for guests, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment such as dishwashing machines and linen washers, and transporting items across the hotel. Success in this position requires adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards, along with maintaining a professional appearance and communication style.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards in all tasks.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
Support team efforts to achieve common goals and objectives.
Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods as required by the role.
Perform physical tasks including reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
