Project Manager — Infrastructure Projects

Full-time — On-site

Landmark Projects Company announces a vacancy for a Project Manager to lead the execution of an infrastructure project (water and sewage networks, and road works).

Key Responsibilities:

• Full project management: planning, scheduling, productivity monitoring, and cost control

• Representing the company before the main contractor, consultant, and owner

• Preparing and following up on payment certificates and quantity surveying

• Supervising the implementation of safety and security requirements

• Leading execution teams and managing supplies

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering + membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers

• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects, including 4 years as a Project Manager

• Experience with government and semi-government projects and knowledge of their requirements

• Familiarity with contracts, quantity surveying, and preparing payment certificates

• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple work fronts

• Clean safety record
