The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Manage and evaluate entire production process Contribute to production planning and budgeting Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a safe production environment Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders Communicate with department managers to define business strategy and required goals. Estimating costs and preparing budgets for the production process. Organizing workflow to meet required specifications and supervising setting deadlines for delivery. Production control and problem solving in the production process. Supervising the performance of production staff and all workers in the production department. Determine the necessary resources such as the volume of labor, raw materials and all requirements of the production process. Supervising the maintenance work and purchasing the equipment required to operate the department. Monitoring and ensuring the production of products that meet quality standards. Supervising the implementation of occupational health and safety precautions. Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to senior management.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. Specialized knowledge: Deep knowledge of production management Skills: Excellent organizational and leaderships skills. MS-Office proficiency Abilities: Teamwork, taking new assignments etc. Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Discipline, Punctuality, Hardworking, committed to work etc. Professional Certification: Experience: 5-8 Years
