Overview
Ensure smooth operation inspection and compliance of Automated Fare Collection (AFC) systems to support revenue protection and passenger service.
Your role
- Inspect and monitor fare gates TVMs validators and AFC systems.
- Identify faults and coordinate with maintenance/OEM teams.
- Support revenue protection and prevent fare evasion.
- Assist passengers with ticketing and card issues.
- Maintain inspection logs reports and system performance data.
- Monitor AFC systems via software/SCADA tools.
About you
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / IT.
- 5 years in metro/rail AFC or ticketing systems.
- Experience with smart cards contactless payments ticketing machines.
- GCC/metro project experience preferred.
Key Skills
- AFC systems (Gates TVM TOM).
- Basic troubleshooting & system monitoring.
- Communication & customer handling.
