Overview Salesforce Lead Architect – Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Architect – Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud with strong expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud. The role will work closely with client stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and use cases, shape Salesforce solutions, and lead solution design across the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong Salesforce architecture and consulting experience, including hands-on exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementations, along with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities Lead client conversations to understand marketing objectives, business requirements, and key use cases. Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with business, marketing, and technology stakeholders. Translate marketing requirements and use cases into scalable Salesforce solutions across Marketing Cloud Next and Data Cloud. Lead solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices. Provide architectural and functional leadership throughout the Salesforce delivery lifecycle. Own and manage the backlog, including requirements, user stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with offshore development and delivery teams to ensure effective implementation. Act as a key point of contact between client stakeholders and delivery teams. Support solution reviews and key design decisions throughout implementation. Communicate complex Salesforce solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical Qualifications Skills and Experience 12+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant. Experience working on at least one Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementation project. Strong understanding of marketing objectives, customer journeys, and marketing use cases. Proven experience leading client conversations, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops. Strong experience in Salesforce solution design and architecture. Experience with backlog ownership and Agile delivery. Experience working with and coordinating offshore development teams. Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior client stakeholders. Additional information Nice to Have Knowledge and experience across other Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or architecture certifications. Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes. Experience working with distributed or international delivery teams. Arabic and English language skills are highly desirable.
