Field Operator Level III

About the Role
Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Operator Level III to join its team. This full-time position involves operating coil tubing units and associated equipment during field operations. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and focuses on ensuring operational excellence and safety in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Operate coil tubing units and associated equipment during field operations.
Execute pumping, nitrogen lifting, cleanouts, acidizing, and other CT interventions.
Assist in rig-up and rig-down operations at well sites.
Monitor job parameters and report abnormalities to the Supervisor.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of coil tubing strings and pressure control equipment.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on CT equipment.
Maintain accurate job reports, logs, and operational records.
Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Identify operational risks and take corrective actions when required.
Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to Level 1 and Level 2 Operators.
Coordinate with field supervisors, engineers, and other crew members for smooth job execution.

HSE Responsibilities

Comply with all company HSE policies and procedures.
Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
Report hazards, near misses, and incidents immediately.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a related field.
Demonstrated ability to operate coil tubing units and associated equipment.
Proficiency in executing various CT interventions such as pumping, nitrogen lifting, cleanouts, and acidizing.
Strong understanding of HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Ability to identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
Experience in providing mentorship and on-the-job training.

Work Environment
This position is full-time and may require travel to various field locations. The employee is expected to demonstrate leadership in safety and operational excellence within a dynamic team environment.
