The Role of Static Equipment Inspector
SGS is seeking a Static Equipment Inspector for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia. This role involves ensuring compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications through various inspection and monitoring activities. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities

Perform "Hold", "Witness", and "Surveillance" inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure adherence to SAUDI ARAMCO requirements and project specifications.
Inspect materials and equipment to ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO requirements for proper handling, storage, and protection at facilities and construction sites.
Monitor Contractor's Quality Systems, records, and Quality Personnel for compliance with established requirements.
Review and evaluate the Contractor's Quality document submittals.
Witness on-site and off-site material and installation tests to confirm compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO standards.
Accurately record all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials, and equipment, reporting potential problems to the supervisor for timely resolution.
Prepare inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Worksheets (WSs), and Equipment Deficiency Reports (EDRs) as required.
Execute work as planned and scheduled with a professional approach, reporting findings in the specified format.

Experience Requirements
Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong understanding of static equipment inspection and compliance procedures.
