Job Description – Construction Site Supervisor

Position: Construction Site Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor with at least 10 years of practical experience, preferably with previous experience in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, leading the workforce, and coordinating different works and trades to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities and work progress.
• Lead, direct, and coordinate workers and technicians on site.
• Supervise electrical and plumbing installation works and ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and technicians on site.
• Identify project material and equipment requirements and raise the necessary requests.
• Support and follow up on project-related procurement and ensure materials are available when required.
• Ensure the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment to avoid work delays.
• Prepare and provide regular updates on site progress, requirements, and issues.
• Address day-to-day site problems and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction sites.
• Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Engineering degree is not required; practical experience is the primary consideration.
• Good experience in electrical, plumbing, and installation works.
• Strong team leadership and workforce management skills.
• Experience in project-related procurement and construction materials.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership, organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
