Role Summary
كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a Planner to develop and prepare preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. This full-time role involves creating weekly and monthly plans for mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services maintenance activities, requiring over 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans, including all related activities.
Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the timely implementation and completion of planned maintenance activities.
Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues affecting SATORP’s equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
Liaise and participate in meetings with other Divisions to develop maintenance plans and schedules, providing technical inputs and recommendations as required.
Coordinate with the CET Division to evaluate progress against plans and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for planning and implementation.
Coordinate with all applicable stakeholders to ensure the availability of maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment for job execution.
Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports related to routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
Utilize SAP system, computer programs, and software to ensure effective implementation of maintenance plans.
Assist in preparing, developing, and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
Maintain all historical records and databases of routine and preventive maintenance plans.

Safety and Compliance

Ensure compliance with all HSE rules.
Encourage the reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.
Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
Proven leadership skills within large organizations.
Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems effectively.
Strategic management skills.
