Job Description: Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Position: Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Location: Al-Qadsiah Club Khobar Saudi Arabia

Reports to: Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications

Overview:

AlQadsiah Club Company is a prestigious sports organization committed to excellence both on and off the field. As part of our ongoing efforts to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the communities we serve we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The Head of CSR will be responsible for leading and overseeing the company s CSR initiatives ensuring alignment with the club s values and mission. This role will involve driving social impact through community engagement sustainability and ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1) Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of CSR strategies aligned with Al-Qadsiah Club s values and long-term goals.
  

• 2) Program Development & Management: Design manage and evaluate community outreach sustainability initiatives and social responsibility projects.
  

• 3) Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal leaders local communities NGOs government entities and key partners.
  

• 4) Budget & Resource Management: Oversee budgeting allocation and tracking of CSR expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  

• 5) Monitoring & Reporting: Define metrics track impact and deliver regular reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  

• 6) Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the CSR team; set goals coach performance and foster a high-performance culture.
  

• 7) Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensure initiatives comply with relevant laws regulations standards and best practices.
  

• 8) Public Relations & Advocacy: Represent the club in CSR events and media; champion Al-Qadsiah Club s social responsibility agenda.
  

• 9) Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and execute environmental programs (e.g. waste reduction energy efficiency responsible sourcing).
  
  

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Social Sciences Environmental Studies or a related field.
  

• Preferred: Master s degree in Sustainability CSR Management or a related area.
  

Experience

• 7 10 years in CSR corporate sustainability or related fields with a proven leadership track record managing CSR programs.
  

• Experience in the sports or entertainment sector is highly desirable.
  

• Demonstrated project management experience including budget oversight strategic planning and execution.
  

Skills

• Strong leadership and team management; able to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication; effective with senior management external partners and diverse communities.
  

• Analytical ability to assess programs measure impact and report outcomes.
  

• Strategic thinking and problem solving with a hands-on approach.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time effectively.
  

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  

• Knowledge of corporate governance and sustainability standards.
  

Certifications

• Preferred: Professional certifications in CSR sustainability or corporate ethics (e.g. CSR-P LEED Sustainability Reporting or similar recognized credentials).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience within the sports industry (clubs or organizations).
  

• Familiarity with international CSR best practices including the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  

• Multilingual capabilities (especially Arabic and English).
  

• Experience in crisis management or handling public relations during controversy.
  

• Demonstrated passion for sports community engagement and sustainability.
