Role Description The Technology Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, presenting NEARMOTION’s technology solutions to prospective clients, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing. The Technology Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include prospecting, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, forecasting sales, and monitoring market trends to inform strategy. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and contributing feedback to product and marketing teams to support continuous improvement and growth. Qualifications Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven track record in technology or Saa S solutions. Experience in Account Management, including maintaining long-term client relationships and driving account growth. Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, with the ability to structure deals that align client requirements and company objectives. Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and stakeholder management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with smart building technologies, location-based services, or customer engagement platforms is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using CRM tools and sales reporting systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and adapt to a fast-moving technology market. Fluency in English and Arabic.
