About the Opportunity: Suliyan Trading Company is looking for a Marketing Company Manager to lead and develop a company specialized in providing integrated marketing solutions and services. We are looking for a leader who combines strong marketing expertise, commercial thinking, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage the company, develop its services, build a professional team, acquire clients, oversee quality of delivery, and achieve growth, revenue, and profitability targets. The company’s scope covers a broad range of marketing disciplines, including marketing strategy, brand management, digital and traditional marketing, advertising campaigns, content, market research, performance marketing, and customer experience. Job Title: Digital Marketing Company Manager Department: Executive Management Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: full-time Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and develop the marketing company and establish its strategic, operational, and commercial plans.- Develop the company’s marketing services and solutions based on market and client needs.- Build and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team.- Acquire new clients and develop relationships with companies and key decision-makers.- Lead business development, sales, commercial proposals, negotiations, and contract closing.- Oversee marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns delivered to clients.- Oversee branding, digital and traditional marketing, content, advertising campaigns, and market research.- Ensure projects and services are delivered according to agreed quality standards and timelines.- Manage client relationships, retention, and account growth.- Develop service packages and pricing models that support competitiveness and profitability.- Monitor revenue, costs, budgets, and client/project profitability.- Build strategic partnerships and relationships that support company growth.- Establish and monitor KPIs and provide Management with performance reports and recommendations. Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.- Strong experience within the marketing industry(not less than 12 years), preferably in an integrated marketing company or agency.- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams.- Strong understanding of traditional, digital, and strategic marketing disciplines.- Experience in brand management, campaigns, and marketing projects.- Strong experience in business development, client acquisition, negotiation, and contract closing.- Experience managing client accounts, budgets, and projects.- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, revenue, costs, and profitability.- Proven track record of delivering business growth and measurable results.- Fluency in Arabic and English.
