Marketing Specialist | Reef Holding
We're Hiring: Marketing Specialist Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Type: Full-Time
About Reef Holding Reef Holding is a leading Saudi lifestyle company operating across fragrances, beauty, fashion, and retail. We are focused on building strong brands, creating engaging customer experiences, and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
About the Role We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across different channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in campaign execution, market research, content coordination, brand activities, and working with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Coordinate marketing activities across digital, social media, retail, and offline channels. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, and events. Coordinate with Creative, Social Media, E-commerce, Sales, and Retail teams. Work with external agencies, suppliers, influencers, and other marketing partners when required. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights. Support content planning and ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines. Track marketing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and campaign requirements. Stay updated on consumer trends, competitor activities, and developments within the beauty and retail market.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant marketing experience. Experience in retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, FMCG, or consumer brands is preferred. Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, campaigns, and brand activations. Experience coordinating with agencies and cross-functional teams is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools. Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
