We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our MECCA Hornsby store in NSW on a part-time basis at 26.5 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store Leading from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role:
Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
Requirement of the role:
Availability to work late evenings and weekends
