Role Overview
كيلوج براون اند روت is seeking a CMAI07 - Maintenance Mechanic, multi-validated, also referred to as a Valve Technician II. This full-time role involves maintaining rotating equipment in optimal condition and performing installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment and mechanical systems according to required standards. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities

Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
Supervise all ongoing jobs and provide progress updates to the Foreman.
Organize manpower resources, equipment, and materials availability.
Arrange necessary work permits before commencing work.
Provide technical advice to Technicians on the proper use of tools and equipment.
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs.
Ensure that SAP data input, history, and actual hours are accurately maintained.
Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.

Safety and Compliance

Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
Encourage the reporting of Near Miss incidents, unsafe conditions, and acts.
Participate in Safety audits.
Attend Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Required Experience
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in maintaining rotating equipment and mechanical systems.
