About the Role:
To support the Regional Training Manager to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills; knowledge and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams.
Requirements:
Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- Diploma or undergraduate.
- 3 years training or supervisory experience.
- Ability to develop training package
- Proficiency in English communication, Coaching skills; Analytical skills;, and presentation skills.
- Good team player
