This position is part of our Saudization initiative and is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals interested in building a career in luxury hospitality at Café Boulud, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh.

About The Role:

As a Food Server at Café Boulud, you will play an integral role in creating an exceptional and memorable dining experience for our guests. You will provide attentive, personalized, and intuitive service while demonstrating extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.

Café Boulud brings a refined and contemporary French dining experience to Riyadh, inspired by Chef Daniel Boulud's culinary vision. As a Food Server, you will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and the stories and inspiration behind each dish.

Your knowledge and passion for the Café Boulud experience will enable you to confidently guide guests through their dining journey, provide thoughtful recommendations, and respond to any questions regarding the menu and beverage offerings.

As part of the Café Boulud team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and refined restaurant environment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for local and international guests.

Café Boulud Restaurant.

Knowledge and Skills:

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of two years of food and beverage service experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• A professional appearance and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
