Jodayn is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
In this role, you will lead all marketing activity that supports Jodayn's growth: generating qualified leads, equipping our sales team with the materials they need to win, and positioning Jodayn in front of decision-makers across the Saudi public and private sectors.
Requirements
What You'll Do
Own demand generation: plan and run campaigns across Linked In, email, and the website that produce qualified leads for the sales team Build sales enablement materials: pitch decks, service one-pagers, case studies, and client-facing collateral Run account-based marketing campaigns targeting priority accounts identified with sales Support bid and proposal teams with company profiles and tailored marketing content Produce B2B content in Arabic and English: case studies, whitepapers, social posts, and executive thought leadership Manage Jodayn's social media presence and grow engagement with target audiences Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and sponsorships (LEAP, Black Hat MEA, and similar) Develop the annual marketing plan and manage the marketing budget Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and vendors Report on marketing-sourced pipeline and conversion metrics to commercial leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field4-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in B2B technology or professional services Proven track record of marketing that contributed measurably to sales pipeline Strong writing skills in both Arabic and English Comfortable working closely with sales teams and using CRM data (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar) Hands-on experience with Linked In campaigns, email marketing tools, and website CMS platforms Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver against deadlines independently Saudi nationals preferred
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to government or enterprise clients in KSABackground in event management Experience mentoring junior marketing staff
