???? Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Nahr – RIVER is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Representative with strong knowledge of the Jeddah & Western Region market and hands-on experience in HVAC Contracting Projects.
We are looking for someone who combines strong sales capabilities with solid HVAC technical understanding and can manage opportunities beyond product supply — including HVAC installation & execution projects.
???? Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC Sales• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in Jeddah / Western Region• Strong background in HVAC Contracting, not only product or equipment supply• Good technical understanding of VRF, DX & Split Systems• Experience selling HVAC installation, execution & contracting solutions• Strong knowledge of the Saudi HVAC market and its key players• Proven ability in Lead Generation, Business Development & Client Acquisition• Existing network with Contractors, Consultants, Developers, Clients & Partners is highly preferred• Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate technical & commercial offers• Experience using CRM & ERP systems to manage opportunities and quotations• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills• Willingness to conduct regular client meetings, project visits & site visits• Saudi driving license is preferred
???? Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads and identify new HVAC business opportunities• Develop new clients and expand the company’s presence in Jeddah and the Western Region• Conduct client, consultant and project visits• Understand project requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions• Follow up on technical and commercial proposals• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing• Coordinate internally on HVAC contracting, installation and execution opportunities• Maintain and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and partners• Manage sales opportunities through CRM and follow up offers through ERP• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
