Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and support the Ping Federate platform. Configure and troubleshoot SSO and federation services. Support authentication flows, certificates, and identity integrations. Support SAML, OAuth, and OIDC integrations with enterprise applications. Participate in system changes, upgrades, testing, deployment, and post-change validation. Troubleshoot incidents and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis. Coordinate with IAM, application, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendor teams. Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge-transfer activities.
Required Education & Qualifications BCs. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.3+ Yrs of relevant experience supporting Ping Federate or similar federation/SSO platforms. Strong knowledge of SSO, federation, and identity integration concepts. Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, and/or OIDC. Good understanding of digital certificates, authentication flows, and identity integrations. Experience with configuration changes, integrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and deployments. Experience working in enterprise production or managed-services environments.
Technical & Professional Capabilities Ability to troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Ability to participate in controlled change, release, and deployment activities. Ability to support platform upgrades, including preparation, testing, deployment, and post-upgrade validation. Ability to maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in knowledge-transfer activities. Ability to coordinate effectively with business users, technical teams, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendors. Ability to work within ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and service-management processes.
