We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee all internal housekeeping operations within a high-end residential complex in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and service standards, ensuring residents receive an experience comparable to a five-star hotel. Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping team• Inspect residential units, common areas, and back-of-house spaces• Maintain five-star cleanliness and presentation standards• Prepare daily assignments and cleaning schedules• Monitor housekeeping supplies, amenities, linen, and inventory• Train team members on cleaning procedures, grooming, and service standards• Report maintenance issues and follow up until completion• Handle residents’ requests professionally and discreetly• Maintain inspection checklists and operational reports• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety requirements
Candidate Requirements:• Previous supervisory experience in a five-star hotel, luxury residential complex, serviced residence, or private residence• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and quality inspections• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence• Professional appearance and a discreet, respectful manner• English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage• Available to join immediately• Currently based in Riyadh or able to relocate immediately• Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory for non-Saudi applicants
