St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role focuses on creating a unique and memorable experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to proactively manage various aspects of a guest's stay, ensuring satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities

Initiating and offering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
Performing operational tasks as required to support hotel functions.
Attending to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Completing necessary reports accurately.
Providing information and commentary on local area events and highlights.
Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Operational Standards and Professional Conduct
Success in this role requires adherence to fundamental operational standards. This includes creating a safe workspace, following all company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, and protecting company assets. Maintaining quality standards is essential, as is ensuring a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style at all times.
Physical Requirements
The Guest Experience Expert role is dynamic and requires continuous movement. This includes standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. The position also involves various physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance. Consistent performance of these tasks is crucial for guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operation.
Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
